Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (ra) said, “A man asked the Prophet salalahu alaihi wa sallam ‘Which aspect of Islam is best?‘ He said, ‘FEEDING PEOPLE and greeting those you know and those you do not know.’”

Ibn ‘Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him reported that the Prophet, salalahu alaihi wa sallam said, “He who eats to satisfaction while his neighbour is hungry is not a believer.

Qurbani is an obligation on every head of household who is able to afford it. Each head of household must sacrifice a sheep or 1 share of a cow as the bare minimum.
